QuickFill Pro Privacy Policy

QuickFill Pro is a privacy-first Chrome extension designed to keep user content inside the browser.

What QuickFill Pro stores

• Profiles, templates, saved passwords, and user settings are stored locally using chrome.storage.local.
• Trial count, hashed account identifier, masked email, and license status are stored using chrome.storage.sync when available.
• If Chrome Sync is unavailable, trial, license, and account state fall back to local storage on that browser.

What data is not collected

QuickFill Pro does not collect or use:

• Analytics data
• Tracking data
• Device fingerprints
• Cookies
• Browsing history
• Bookmarks
• Remote profile data
• Remote template data
• Remote form-scanning data

QuickFill Pro does not operate a remote app server for profiles, templates, form scanning, saved passwords, or license verification.

How data is used

• Profile data is used locally for form matching and template variables.
• Template content is inserted only after the user manually triggers preview and approval.
• Saved passwords can be generated and stored locally. When the user explicitly triggers the popup password tool, QuickFill Pro can insert the generated password into the current focused password field.
• Trial and license data are used to enforce free usage limits and offline Pro activation.
• Authentication data is limited to a masked email and hashed account identifier used locally for account-bound licensing.

Data flow

• No form data leaves the browser.
• Safe Fill Preview, Form Risk Score, template resolution, and license verification are calculated locally.
• Data may sync through the user’s Chrome Sync if enabled, because chrome.storage.sync is used where available for trial and license state.
• The upgrade page may request public crypto market-rate data from CoinGecko to estimate approximate BTC, TON, TRX, or USDT payment amounts for a selected USD plan.
• CoinGecko requests do not include profile contents, template contents, saved passwords, scanned form data, license keys, or personal form data.

Payments

• Manual crypto payment instructions may be shown inside the extension.
• Payment happens outside the extension.
• QuickFill Pro does not connect to any wallet, payment gateway, or blockchain API.
• QuickFill Pro does not process payments inside the extension.

Data sharing

• QuickFill Pro does not sell personal data.
• QuickFill Pro does not use personal data for advertising or tracking.
• Profile data, template data, saved passwords, and scanned form data are not shared with third parties.

Data deletion

Users can delete stored extension data by removing the extension or clearing extension storage.

Deleting the extension removes locally stored profiles, templates, saved passwords, and settings from that browser profile.

If Chrome Sync is enabled, some synced extension state may also be managed through the user’s Chrome account and browser sync settings.
